I ordered three cellular shades, for my condo. I realized, after the installation I had misunderstood that the living room shade was room darkening and not at all what I had hoped for. I contacted Kara and the company via email. They were prompt to reply and Jamie also made an appointment to come to my home to address my concerns. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that Jamie is so understanding and kind! He is letting me return the living room shade and has refunded the cost!!! Instead of pressuring me into buying a different shade, he is having the installer come and take down the living room shade and reinstall my old blind, which he said is the best for my purpose. Thank you, Jamie! You are truly invested in your customers!
