Empire Deck and Interlock were excellent from beginning to end. Each and every representative from Empire was courteous, pleasant and hard working. First was Jared who estimated the job and sent the quote. He made revisions as we requested them and kept us informed every step of the way. Then John, the manager showed up to assess the interlock patio and walkway area we wanted. We had looked through their portfolio and had a picture of something we liked. We were able to brain storm with John to come up with a design we were happy with. He understood what we wanted and made it happen. Next was Randy to do the demolition. Super nice guy and so hard working. He left the area cleaned and prepped for the next crew. Danny showed up and I cannot believe this guys work ethic. He wanted to make sure he completed the patio and walkway as we envisioned it. He went beyond what we asked for and made the design even better than we could have hoped for. His crew of Darren, Hunter and Bo were all so nice and their attention to detail made the job turn out so great. You can see and feel the quality in their workmanship. We were so thrilled when they completed this stage. Then finally Jake showed up for the final stage, installing the railings on our new stairs. He also was very nice and personable and completed the job in a timely manner. Every aspect and detail in this project was completed to our liking and we highly recommend Empire Deck and Interlock.
