Two rooms in our home were occupied by a family member - hoarder. This person did not allow the weekly cleaning person to enter his room. When he was away, finally we could open his room and we found a SEVERE bed bug infestation and clothing and other junk strewn all over. GTA came and a professional staff erected a plastic safety barrier to prevent the bedbugs from spreading even more. They wore HAZMAT suits and, using all precautions, they wrapped everything in heavy duty plastic. In two days they had cleaned and sanitized the rooms. They salvaged and cleaned what they could and safely disposed of all the rest. They were friendly and VERY professional.
