We used Cozy Casa Homes for the first time for our two bathroom renovations. The process has been very structured and professional from the initial conversations to the end of the project. Billy and his entire team showed professionalism all throughout. What I truly appreciated was the ongoing dialogue and updates from Billy who was very involved and oversaw every step of the reno, and for going above and beyond. He and his team listened to our comments and took appropriate steps to provide satisfying results. Overall we are pleased with the outcome. Would I want to use Cozy Casa Homes for future renos? Yes I definitely would.
