My husband and I priced to replace our house doors and windows with many companies, we were even considering to buy doors and windows and contract a installer separate to save a bit of money and make it more affordable. When HTR sales rep came here (Brock) he explained with lots of patience about the government financing program with zero percent interest, and also mentioned that HTR windows and doors works with a financing company that offers a bridge financing for the period of time the government is still processing the payment. All the information he presented us made our project possible. The openings were measured after government approval and in exactly 12 weeks the windows and doors were ready (no delays and no chasing). Everything was installed as ordered, expect the entry door slab that came with the wrong trim finish and embossing. I spoke with my sales rep Brock and HTR manager Igor and explained that it was not what i had ordered, they said no problem and they would order the new one and replace it. At that moment i had to authorize the full payment to be done by the bridge financing company and i felt i would not be fair if i decided to hold all payment due to a door that in reality got delivered and installed (but wrong model). I authorized the payment based on trust and after a week and a half the correct door was here being installed with no chasing at all!! On top of being a great product and i am being super happy with my new doors and windows I really appreciate their commitment and respect! I can affirm that HTR is a company that stands out! I would definitely recommend them!
