Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. When we decided to do a full home renovation we made sure that we selected a contractor that we were comfortable with. Our experience with Klondike has shown that our initial impressions were absolutely correct. Throughout the entire design and build process they were helpful and professional and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Undertaking a renovation of this size was no small decision and Jacqueline, our designer, and Garth, our project manager, worked to make sure the design met our requirements and our budget. When we had to put the project on hold for personal reasons they made every accommodation to ensure that we didn't feel pressured. Once construction started the job was done professionally with skilled trades people, all of whom were polite and very willing to spend time with us discussing the work. The scheduling was done such that I don't see how the project could have been completed more quickly. There were people on site every day for seven months, at times more than a dozen working at once. Overall this was a very positive experience that makes us feel that we got our money's worth from the re-design and from the assistance provided by Klondike.
