We had a leak in our basement this spring and Robert was able to identify the source right away. The same day they opened up the foundation and did their magic. I suspect the foundation crack was always there as the air in the basement was getting muskier as the time went. It was the actual water that finally alerted us to a serious issue. Complete Waterproofing were professional, prompt and very affordable, in comparison to other companies that we called (some of the other companies did not even bother to show up on time).
