Rip and replace all the Laminate in our unit with engineered wood. Painting the entire unit including bathrooms and kitchen. Add water outlet for our new fridge that has an ice dispenser. Add wiring for new electrical outlets around the unit and install plywood in the wall in order to hang our TV. Overall Efthimi was friendly, punctual, and always happy to help. Very prompt at replying to my emails and texts and always happy to accommodate any additions or modifications we made along the way. Would definitely work with Efthimi and Byldan again!
