I purchased a brand new mattress and they delivered floor model instead. Mattress was never ordered, excuses were given. Manufacturer confirmed this to be true and delivered a new one. What Diamond Bedding did was not only illegal but unethical. Will never buy or recommend this company. You're better off by buying from the big retailers such as the Bay, Sears.
