After researching various door and window Mfg. I selected North Shield to replace my 3 French style doors accompanied by stationery doors on either side as well as 9 windows. Their Sales Rep. arrived with samples and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the best product to meet my requirements. Throughout the process I had a trust and confidence with the Rep. as we discussed the pros and cons of each unit until I was completely satisfied with the choices selected. Their quote was competitive with the others received but based on the above I choose North Shield and was not disappointed. Delivery and installation was scheduled exactly when they said. The Installation team was polite, diligent very clean and tidy. They worked with me during the installation and trim work to ensure I was completely satisfied. While the installation crew were working, I took it upon myself to repair my front door myself that was not part of the project. The repair proved more involved and demanding than I had imagined. Fortunately for me the Sales Rep. was in the area and unexpectant stopped by to check on his team and installation. He noticed my struggle and without hesitation jumped right in to help until the repair was complete....above and beyond doesn't quite do it justice! I couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality of the product and the installation experience and I would highly recommend North Shield without hesitation to anyone looking for a similar experience.
