Great kit and priced reasonably for our workshop. My only concern is that you cant buy the complete building kit including the bolts, nuts and washers as per the drawings. They were not reasonably priced and difficult to get during the pandemic. Our other delayed issues had to do with permit and contractor for the concrete pad. Hubby put the workshop together by himself (yes hes experienced).
