We are planning on selling our house in the fall of 2023 and decided to have our furnace and air conditioner replaced in Oct/21, so that there would not be any issues and it was due for replacement anyway. It came with a 10 year parts warranty. PC Mechanical gave us a reasonable price, the crew were professional, clean, removing the old equipment, did a complete job and on time.
