Waterproofing a very leaky basement
We met Brad after our basement flooded and we were referred by multiple people on our Facebook community group, and a flood restoration professional. He was respected by the other waterproofing professionals who came to quote our job as well. Brad was knowledgeable and wanted to confirm the source of the flood before starting repairs that might not be necessary. He confirmed it was coming up from the floor rather than down through the walls and recommended o ring be buried inside the floor and dimpleboard on the walls as an extra measure. The Martyn Mini Hoe team showed up on time, worked hard and were pleasant to deal with and answer any questions we had. The price was reasonable, and Brad came back at the end to confirm the job was done well and according to his standards and our expectations. We will gladly refer anyone to his company.
