James responded to my request quickly. He coordinate the street shut off with management office. He sent his staff to come over to replace the main valve. He had skillfully replaced it with very little water leak. He got the job done. However, when I asked him to do me a favor to cap an end piece for a 1/2 pipe, he cut it and then he said James said to charge an extra $30, it was excessive IMHO. If I had been told, I would not proceed as this is something I can easily replace myself. All in all, I got what I need done.
