Our house had many damaged exterior bricks (80 were eventually replaced), missing mortar and all the parging. I contacted Quality Restorations & Renovations, who seemed to have a good idea of what would be required and came up with a quote in a couple of days. They started the following week, but because an adjoining house as only a few feet away, they had to use scaffolding, so I was impressed the work took them only three days. Especially impressive, they also righted a brick pillar supporting the front porch, not on the quote.
