Well, $500 for the first visit. We had water coming in the basement and had no clue where it was coming from. Jesse actually found 2 sources where our furnace air flow and gutter system lead to water seeping through the foundation and other water staining (We thought it was 1 problem). Anyways, he told me how to fix the problems so I didn't have to hire a contractor, and I signed up for his seasonal maintenance inspection so we can catch problems when they are still small....
