After a bad wind storm last year in May, Aviva Insurance sent over Paul Davis to assess and do repairs on our house and fence. A year passed without Paul Davis doing anything. They said they were too busy and it would have to wait until spring. So spring came and I called them. They have not communicated with the insurance company and therefore I would have to wait even longer. Then when I explained that I was frustrated by their lack of professionalism, the adjuster told me that I would have to find another contractor.
