I contacted Mike regarding a busted vaporizer. The on/off button was not functioning. He mentioned it was an easy fix I could do myself and save money rather than him fixing it for me. He actually went to the trouble of finding the manufacture of the vaporizer and sent me a link to the parts I needed (a new starter button, as well as a very specific screwdriver required for this particular apparatus. In addition to this, he also sent me a Youtube video on step-by-step directions how to fix. I ordered the parts ($34.00CAD including shipping) and it literally took me 15 minutes to fix. My other option was to buy a new vaporizer ($800CAD). I cannot tell you how impressed I was he would go to all this trouble for me. This is a testament to the type of person Mike is. Truly service oriented. Most companies would not have even bothered, but Mike went the extra mile, even though he was not getting compensated financially. It's so nice and refreshing to see someone being so honest and helpful. Thank you Mike!!
