Our MaidPro Charlie is attentive, consistent, and professional. We really appreciate his diligence and the peace of mind knowing we can trust in a job well done. The management team is also incredible. Weve used MaidPro for 4+ years now and, as will happen on occasion, if one of the pros is out sick, the management team is so communicative and resolve issues immediately and proactively. Monica and Chris are so helpful with changing schedules and working with our needs, we will continue using MaidPro as long as we need cleaning services. Highly recommended for consistent upkeep and for moving services - we have used them for both and are thrilled.

I work from home for a software company and had a really important call to take. Our cleaners are always professional and friendly but Charlie not only moved around his planned cleaning order to help keep any noise down, he was so friendly about it. Charlie always does a stellar job and our home is sparkling after each clean, but I really appreciate the open and smiling response for these type of requests.
