The worst service starts from their call centre trickling down to their repair specialist. Horrible experience. Do not go with this company. The call center and service specialists do not communicate in a timely manner. As a customer, I had to be the middle guy to communicate and set up appointments and follow up on parts being ordered. After more than a week and 4 appointments, they decide they can't fix it, and want to make another appointment to come to take out 2 $40.00 parts so they can send them back to the manufacturer. They did not care about my time at all. Additionally, they did not show up at the timeslot they were supposed to come in.

Hi Shelley. Sorry that repair on your samsung washer didnt go as it should be because required part was discontinued by Samsung. This is something out of our control. We have offered you same day service and parts information was provided to you the next day. We dont know what are you expectation. Your parts payment were refunded back to your card as manufacturer has discontinued the part.
