Raymond and his coworker helped me install the heat pump in my place, after couple of weeks, i get the refund from BC&Federal rebate, pretty happy with their quality job and step-by-step procedure to go with the rebate application process. When Raymond invited me to provide the review, i don't have any hesitate to access homestars to add mycomment.
