Jim was great to work with. He had prompt, responsible employees and was very involved and always available through project completion. Not the cheapest option, but highly professional. The project was essentially fixing a latent defect left from the developer. It ended up being more expensive than originally suspected, requiring new drywall, a new subfloor and substantial retiling within the shower.
