I was helping my daughter move from her condo apartment to a 2nd floor apartment in a house nearby. We considered renting a truck and doing the full move ourselves, but the new apartment had staircases with tight turns and railings that we knew would be tricky and difficult to move furniture around, and that it would make it a bigger job than we wanted to deal with. On Time Move offered a great price, and they were responsive and professional with clear communication, both prior to booking and while setting up the move details. On the day of the move they were pleasant and hard-working, and did the move quickly without any damages. They were aware of and dealt well with the restrictions the condo had for move time, and at the new apartment they had no issues navigating through the difficult entry to the building and apartment.
