I would to thank Greg and his team at First Class Renovations for the recent basement renovation at our home in Calgary. We purchased a relatively new home South Calgary that the previous owner had tried his hand at DIY in the basement by partially framing and installing wall board and doors. Sadly, none of it was to code and it all had to go. We firmed up a new layout with Greg and he quoted the project for our new basement, including a bedroom, a full bathroom, family room, furnace room and lots of storage. Once we confirmed the plan, Greg sent us to a designer to select counter tops, fixtures, paint, flooring, tile and all the other details that are required. From the beginning, Greg communicated regular progress reports and supplied us with updated weekly schedules and a target completion date. Throughout the project, there were minor changes to the schedule, yet the original completion date never changed. Gregs team of tradesmen were all top notch. Work moved forward in a timely and professional manner and the work area was cleaned up each night. All necessary permits were obtained and inspections completed without issues. Gregs team of tradesmen were all top notch. The dumpster that was placed in the driveway on day one to handle all to the construction debris was removed on the final day. I have been involved in a number of renovations over the years and this project was by far the smoothest project I have experienced. Greg and his tradesmen provided quality work, completed in a professional and timely manner at a fair price. We are extremely happy that we chose First Class Renovations and would most definitely recommend Greg and his team to anyone considering a home renovation.

Called to have some outlets and a new breaker installed in an unfinished basement. Two days later the job was completed. The tech (Rob) showed up on time and with all the materials to do the job. He estimated the job would take about 3 hours and it took exactly 3 hours. When I get around to finishing the basement I intend to call Ben's electric.
