Whenever I need a technician, I rely upon excellent reviews or recommendations by my brother who was involved with home renovations. Approximately 3 1/2 years ago, my brother recommended Keith's services for a failing furnace. It was 28 years old and required repair. Keith examined the furnace and quickly determined the problem. He was concerned the required part might be obsolete but made some inquiries and obtained the part. I was really impressed! Disreputable companies would have recommended a brand new furnace. Keith installed the part and the total cost was approximately $150! A year later at a different property, Keith examined a 30 year old furnace and, once again, was concerned the required part might be obsolete. He managed, however, to locate the part. The total cost of parts and labour was about $450 - a bargain compared to a new furnace! In both instances. Keith went the extra mile to search for the parts needed. He also charged an extremely reasonable fee. He has all the business traits that I value: experience, competence, fairness, and honesty. I highly recommend Keith and will always contact him when encountering furnace problems.
