I contacted detailed maids the week prior to my cleaning to request a deep clean. We'd just gotten a puppy and with work, school, caring for the animals, etc. the regular cleaning of the apartment kind of fell by the wayside and it felt very overwhelming to approach it myself while my partner was out of town. The team arrived 20 minutes before their scheduled time and were so kind and considerate when they entered. I had some errands to run and wanted to give them space to do their work. When I returned, the apartment was spotless - it was so wonderful to walk into a clean home. Now, we are starting with a clean slate and the upkeep feels manageable. I will definitely reach out again in the future. I was very happy with the service!
