When we finally decided to build a second story room addition we spoke with too many architects and contractors. Once we met with Saeid, we didn't need to meet anyone else. He is so thorough, honest, and easy to work with. I've never met anyone who takes so much time to really get things right, maximize our space and budget, and translate the stipulations imposed by the City that would be otherwise huge barrier to our project. We are so grateful not only that we found Joel and his construction company, but also that they have the availability for our project at the right time. We are so excited to continue to work with them, and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone considering a room addition, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, or a full custom home remodel.
