Avoid - quoted to rebuild our - paid for water proofing so we can under the deck (walkout basement) water continues to leak down our walls. Poor quality combined with run around customer service. Promised to complete and correct issues then delay delay delay. Do yourself a favour do not hire these guys. You dont want this hassle- Avoid

Yes of course it's going to leak when you asked one of my carpenters to install trim to the finish product with out my approval and concerns .
What else would you expect to nail trim to a waterproof membrane.
Also requested to water proof the exterior stairs with out my recommendation.
50 years as a contractor and never had this issue.
