We had a great overall experience working with BlueKey. We had our whole house remodelled and it turned out better than we ever imagined. We knew Ed and his team cared from the moment he walked through the door and took a minute to greet our 4-year-old son and our 12-year-old golden. He was well prepared and explained the process from start to finish. The design process was enjoyable. We were able to work with our designer to come up with a rendering we really loved. Gerri took care of dealing with the city and getting the permit. She completed all the necessary paperwork, had us sign and submitted on our behalf. We were very concerned about how they would navigate the work with everyone at home, but BlueKey made sure to keep us updated with what work was happening on what day by keeping their builders app updated. We LOVED their app. It made our lives so easy. The workers were extremely kind and very professional. Harley had a keen eye for the smallest details and was a perfectionist. We appreciated his OCD. JP and Darren kept us laughing and were great guys. For 5 months, they were like family. They did a quality job, and the end results are beautiful. We did have a couple minor hiccups along the way as any renovation would have, but they were very quick to find ways to resolve those issues and stayed in constant communication with us, so we knew what was being done. We're looking forward to having BlueKey do our next renovation!
