I was aghast at the extremely inept customer service. It appears that this store caters to 'friends' and acquaintances because for some of the people that came into this this store whilst I was shopping, they bent over backwards with a 'familiarity' and for me: completely ignored other than to 'keep an eye on me as if I was going to shoplift something'! This was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences ever! I found the clerks very snobbish, as if their very high priced products were tres cher and chi chi and they were all about looking down their noses at you! I would rather shop online for the exact same merchandise from other retailers without this awful snobbish atmosphere and with a cheaper price tag! Pass the Princess and Pea on by!
