Customer service was over the top. Crystal was our project manager of our job. We called Rainbow and they were on site within 1 hour to look at the water issue. We had a water supply line let loose in our laundry room. Rainbow installed equipment to stop the damages from getting worse and dried our home. Rainbow also did the repairs to the laundry room and dealt with our Insurance company for all the costs.
