We wanted to renovate our townhouse this year to sell, though it needed significant work to be done. Andrew & his team did an excellent job with the renovation as they completed the work on budget and in a timely manner for resale. Reno work included the kitchen- new countertops, cabinet re-facing, painting and new faucets. Andrews team also put in new vanities in the bathrooms, new laminate flooring in the basement, carpet runners for both staircases and new mirrored closet doors in all bedrooms. The laundry room had new drywall installed and the sanding, taping and painting was done proficiently. Finally, electrical work was done that included new ceiling lighting throughout the home. The home sold above asking price and I would not hesitate hiring Site Force One again. I am happy to recommend them for any home Reno projects, no matter how big or small!
