Last year I had Thermopompes N & R Sol inc. come to my home for a new furnace. I had oil and the furnace was too old. I told the salesman I wanted propane. I received a contract for a Goodman furnace. I researched the model and obtained a service manual. Im a Mechanical Engineer. In February 2024 they came to install it. When I looked closely at the model with the service manual I discovered the furnace was not the model in the contract. I called N & R Sol Inc. and spoke to the salesman. He said someone would call me back. No one ever called. I can see from the reviews that this company is terrible. AVOID I filed a complaint with Regie du Batiment and Office de la protection du consommateur in Quebec for Unfair Business Practices. I will need to take N & R Sol Inc to small claims court for breech of contract.

This review should be Zero Stars In 2017 I took my 1988 Jeep Comanche to these guys to do body work and a complete paint job. You can see my Red Jeep Comanche in the images when you query Auto Doctors. I just found the business name again because I forgot it since I paid in cash and had no bill. The owner said he had 40 years experience. The job took from 2017-18 over the Christmas holidays. I ordered the primer and Colorado Red paint for it. I had removed all the paint on the Jeep and welded some areas. It had two new fenders. I paid with money from my pension. The job looked terrific when I picked the truck up. It was then rust coated underneath. Sadly after two years in 2020 the paint was bubbling all over. The truck needed a complete job again. The people who repaired and painted the truck a second time for me said important steps were not done and resulted in the Jeep needing to be done again. I see a lot of positive reviews of this business? I am a Google Master Reviewer and post accurate reviews. Please change your positive review if you experience the same problem. Of course it looks great at first but wait a few years! A job should last 5 years at least. Since I had it redone I see no rust or other problems.
