Bob & his crew are not just trying to reach industry standards, they seem eager to surpass industry standards! Our new bathroom will be functional & beautiful for years & years to come! 2) DETAILS: they paid attention to all of the details. Bob & his crew seemed to take personal pride in giving us the bathroom of our dreams. Also, they stayed focused on our bathroom until it was completed. It was a true custom job! 3) TRUSTWORTHY: we fully trusted Bob & his crew in our house. They were all friendly, honest, and respectful of our house. 4) ACCURACY: the bathroom was a big investment for us, so we really appreciated the fact that Bob came in at the budgeted amount. 5) ADVICE: Bob took the time to show us products & samples, and give us his advice on what would or wouldn't work. He also took the time to help us out in other areas of our house. We couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job!
