We were expecting family for Christmas just before Christmas and our shower taps stopped working. We called Roy at Protex on a referral and he assured us he would fit us into his busy PreChristmas schedule. Within 2 days he was here and fixed the broken tap and checked the other bathroom taps as well. Awesome! Highly recommend this company and Roy. Nancy and Gary Eichenberger
