I contacted Jamie for the mold issue in the basement cold room. He responded promptly and based on the pictures I sent, he gave me the quote. He came the very next day to do work. Upon looking at the issue and the extent of the remediation, he renegotiated the price based on additional effort required before starting the work. He was professional and fair in his dealings. He finished the work on the same day. He cleared the whole area and cleaned everything before leaving. Initially he quoted me a price to dispose off all the debris but I asked him to leave it in the garage for me to dispose off to save some money. There were more than 15 garbage bags of debris. Jamie called me later in the day and said that he will dispose off these garbage bags without any charges. It was a great customer courtesy gesture from him. Next day when he came to pick the garbage, he brought a small hand vacuum to clean the some pieces which went into the washer and only he knew. That was quite an impressive professional thing to do.
