When we purchased our 13 year old home there were stains on the family room ceiling from a previous leak. The stains were patched by the previous owner with stucco and looked awful. After removing all of the stucco Carol showed up the morning we were moving in, tarped our walls and floors and finished the ceilign within 2 hours.
