This company installed some windows for us back in 2002. The seals have broken on some of the windows and after calling them numerous times and following up on the various moves, and company name changes, I am unable to get them to return the calls in order to honour their warrantee. When I finally reached someone, they claimed to be a different company, even though they shared the same address. I believe they keep changing their company name to avoid dissatisfied customers. P.S. Just recently all of the affected window panes have been replaced. Although it took them a long time, they did honour the warranty and replaced my entire front window.
