The service initially was exceptional until we received them and noticed that the fridge was not exactly what we ordered which cost 7K. We were told we had chosen that fridge after we explained to them what exactly what we needed. However, they made it sound like it was our fault. Thanks to our kitchen renovation guy he managed to accommodate the fridge. Now the fridge freezer does not close well but we are stuck with this european appliance--looks nice though.

The family business has great potential. All furnishing are from Europe and very well made. Draw back is having to wait months for shipment. We did have problems with the doors and they will be replaced 9 months later still waiting but the overall service was good.
