This builder is only concerned with making the sale. Once they get your contract, you will be lucky to be able to contact them. They don't answer phone calls or emails and do not take care of issues in a timely manner, if at all. Most people in my community in PA are extremely sorry they bought from Altieri and are starting to take action against the builder. 9 out of 10 have problems and are unhappy. This is a very unscrupulous company.
