I got my Furnace and AC installed by Cosmopolitan, but I had a different service guy to maintain the units. Recently my service guy told me that the Furnace pressure switch has to be replace but he did not have that part available so I called Cosmopolitan to see if they have it in stock. The lady over the phone was very polite. she took out my record and also said that its under warranty so I do not need to buy it. She sent over the technician very next day to install the pressure switch. Very helpful
