Sam made good suggestions and was open to changes. The installation was on time and the installation guys were fast, clean and courteous. This is the first time my wife and I have experienced this big home project and we were a bit anxious through the process and Sam could have given us more updates, but overall, our final kitchen looks great, better than we expected.
