It was difficult to find a contractor willing to do a smaller job. Martin completed the work requested and actually charged us less than estimated. He also recommended a drywall repair contractor and coordinated their schedules to limit the disruption in our home. We have plenty of other rooms we want to update and will be calling Martin for the job.
