Probably the worst decision I made was to go with this builder whom I never heard of. From the outside the home looked good. As we lived in it is when we began to notice the cheap finishes, shoddy and cheap craftsmanship and trades work, extremely cheap material that has already begun to wear away in the 2 years we have been here. Foundation issues, screwed us over on the rough grade an landscaping. Just some young kid grandfathered into the business that has no clue about producing a quality product and not to meantion zero communication and zero customer service. I cant stop them from selling homes all I can do is forewarn buyers. Place youre hard earned money with a reputable builder. Theres soo many things wrong with the home its just quite unfortunate.
