Paul is a true professional, committed to delivering nothing but the best. He accommodated us by showing up outside of normal business hours. He was friendly and patient, making sure we understood the maintenance procedures for our sofa and rug. We are also impressed with his encyclopedic knowledge of fabrics and fibers.
