We had painted my parents house in Scarborough and were about to put it up for sale when we noticed some bubbling in the new ceiling paint. I called Phil of Raymore Exteriors and he replied quickly and came to inspect the shingles which were probably 25 years old or more. He noticed cracking and gaps from up on the roof. They were easily visible when we looked in the attic from inside the house. Heavy rain was forecasted in a couple of days and Phil was able to order in the materials and get one of his crews there to do the entire removal and replacement of the shingles just in time before the heavy rain came down! Phil and his crew were professional, courteous to my Mom and really came through for us. The job was done well and the roof looks great His price was really fair too! I would recommend this company to everyone and I stand behind that!
