I have a very thick custom door that was very hard to lock and unlock. I wanted to get the locks changed and add a smart lock capability. While other locksmiths told me it wasnt possible, Northern Craftsman worked with me and we got custom hardware installed. It looks great and functions just how I want. They were communicative, giving updates even when there were no updates to give just letting me know they were trying to find a solution. Im beyond happy with not only the end result but the attention to detail and the customer service.
