Our agent suggested that we stage our home for sale on The Kingsway. We interviewed several different stagers and decided to go with Mignon. We are so happy that we did. Susana walked the property, provided an excellent package price and was able to meet our time table. She showed up on time and worked into the night to ensure that everything was just right. The house looked so good when she was done that we started having second thoughts about moving! The offers started coming in the first day we were on the market and we selected a buyer in less than a week. The service didn't stop there. We needed to have the staging removed quickly in order to close escrow and the whole team was right there getting it done. Manny led the team to clear out the product and you wouldn't even know that they had been there. Next time we are ready to sell a house, we are definitely calling Mignon!
