Beware!! Bytown appliances makes you prepay for repairs and parts before ordering required parts. It was over 5 months and the part did not arrive. We found the part and the repair was done with the promise to get refunded for the part. They were able to cancel the part order at their end. I have contacted Brad at Bytown many times for the refund to only get empty promises. After reading all the reviews I have no idea how he stays in business. Please Beware!!
