I was hesitant to contact a cleaning service for my Mom. I contacted Audi, schedule an appointment for a services proposal and was amazed that he actually tailored a program around OUR CLEANING needs. The best part? He didn't charge for the estimate and honored the coupon I found on their web-site. Amazing - simply amazing!
